Welcome to DeAura. By accessing and using our services, you agree to comply with the following terms. We provide a platform to support nail appointment booking and spa service management at the salon.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate phone numbers and email addresses to receive appointment confirmation codes. We reserve the right to refuse service to customers who repeatedly cancel (no-show) without prior notice.

2. Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your personal information. Data collected including name, phone number, and booking history is solely for the purpose of improving user experience and accumulating member reward points.

We use secure authentication systems and encrypted databases to protect your information. Your information will never be shared with third parties for advertising purposes without your consent.

3. Payment Policy

DeAura supports online payment via Momo, ZaloPay and cash payment at the counter. For customers purchasing Membership packages (Silver/Gold), reward points are automatically added after successful payment.

Cancellation fees apply if you cancel or no-show, per our cancellation policy.
